There's nothing you can do about the dedicated tuner Fleur, but it's convenient to be able to use Quick instead. The Spell/Trap negate effect is limited to your turn, but it's not bad because it's a check against summoned traps.

However, since he is a Synchron, it can be substituted with Quick, etc. In terms of level, it will be easier to summon them.
Although it is limited to your own turn, it is possible to negate magic and traps once, and it is easy to support subsequent developments with a high check force.
It's defenseless during the opponent's turn, and this stat isn't exactly high, so I'd like to earn as much as possible during my turn.
Synchron, which will probably be used a lot of holes, has a very strict EX frame, but I think it's a good enough option.

Since the effect of Fleur Synchron is after S Summoning, if you just want to use it, Quickron should be enough for your level.
As an effect, it is his Spell/Trap negate with no cost, but the limitation of only his own turn is severe.
In the days when there were many summoning reactions and attack reaction traps, I have the impression that it is one step behind the suppression system in the opponent's turn.
There is a Strak reprinted only for 《Fleur Synchron》, but even though it can't be helped conceptually, I think it would have been nice to include this in the game appendix.

Calling from 《Fleur Synchron》requires some ingenuity, so basically calling from 《Quickdraw Synchron》will be. Although it is only once in your turn, it is very powerful to block Spell / Trap, and it is easy to handle because the RBI is moderate. However, if you're only going with 《Quickdraw Synchron》, you'll have to discuss the upper limit of the extra deck due to material restrictions.

The effect is powerful, but only on your turn. You can't negate things like black holes. It would be too strong if it was possible... (The anime was strong!) Still, it's an excellent card that doesn't need to be afraid of Abyss, Torrent Funeral, and Mirafo, and is worth using normally. Fleur Synchron, which is specified as a material, is honestly inconvenient, so let's call it Quick Synchron.

The selling point of this card is that it doesn't scare Mirafos or Abysses if it's only one time, but be careful as it's limited to your own turn.
It shouldn't hurt to have it, but I think the position of the game card is to the extent that it doesn't hurt that much even if it's not there...
